Recycle Your Tree
Your real Christmas tree is most definitely recyclable. Some companies will offer you the option to pay for your tree to be recycled, but in most areas of the UK this can be done free of charge so we have decided not to offer this as an option.
In most areas, the local council will offer a facility to drop your tree off to be recycled, and in some areas they will collect it with your regular refuse collection. Once collected, it will be chipped up and used for other projects in the community. In Formby, Lancashire, they even put them in the sand dunes to help protect them.
