Standard delivery is free to mainland UK for all orders over 100.00 on entering voucher code 'FREEDELIVERY' in the checkout process.

When you order your goods, you can select a specific delivery date. Whilst we endeavour to meet your required date, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. For this reason we recommend you ask for a delivery date a few days before you need the goods.

If no specific delivery date or premium service is chosen, we will dispatch the goods on our standard express delivery service. We will try to dispatch orders received before midday on the same day. For orders received after midday, we will try to dispatch the goods on the next working day.

Our courier company normally delivers Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. If your delivery has not arrived within 2 working days of the date of dispatch, please contact us immediately on returns@premiumchristmastrees.com

All of our deliveries will require a signature unless you have asked for us to leave them in an alternative place or with a neighbour. Please insert instructions in the comments box in the delivery section of the checkout process, the more detail included, the better.

Deliveries left unattended without signature, or with someone else are at your own risk and Premium Christmas Trees cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods.

If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery, and you have not left any additional instructions, our courier will leave a card to inform you of the failed attempt. You can contact the courier to discuss a re-delivery or the courier will attempt to deliver the goods on their next available occasion. More than one failed delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.

When you receive your delivery, please check the goods before you sign for them. Please sign damaged if there is a problem and inform us immediately on returns@premiumchristmastrees.com. If items become separated during transit and you refuse delivery of any part of an incomplete order you may not receive any outstanding items on your order as refusal of one item may be deemed to be refusal of the whole consignment.

Unfortunately, our courier company can only deliver the tree for you, and not install or deliver it. Whilst we would love to do this for you, we only have so many family members! As such, we cannot be held responsible for the actions of any 3rd party or courier company driver.
